Jennifer Griswell believes that building muscle isn’t just about looking strong — it’s about being strong in every aspect of life. With years of experience training individuals from all backgrounds and fitness levels, Jennifer understands that strength training is for everyone. Her mission? To break down barriers and make serious strength training accessible, empowering, and transformative.

Jennifer is the founder of Muscles for the Masses, a training program built on the belief that muscle growth requires intention, intensity, and commitment. Her coaching style blends science-backed programming with personalized support, helping clients grow stronger, healthier, and more confident from the inside out.

She holds certifications from:

  • W.I.T.S. Certified Personal Trainer

  • Precision Nutrition Level 1

  • Barbell Rehab Method Certified

  • Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor
