With years of experience training individuals from all backgrounds and fitness levels, Jennifer understands that strength training is for everyone. Her mission? To break down barriers and make serious strength training accessible, empowering, and transformative.

Jennifer is the founder of Muscles for the Masses, a training program built on the belief that muscle growth requires intention, intensity, and commitment. Her coaching style blends science-backed programming with personalized support, helping clients grow stronger, healthier, and more confident from the inside out.

She holds certifications from:

  • W.I.T.S. Certified Personal Trainer

  • Precision Nutrition Level 1

  • Barbell Rehab Method Certified

“I started GRISWELL TRAINING AND NUTRITION in the fall of 2021. I wanted to start training one on one outside of the group fitness setting. I wanted to create a space to coach those who wanted to slow things down and start focusing on changing their physique. I program in the essence of hypertrophy, while encouraging my clients to eat to support muscle growth. Our mindset is progress over perfection.
